Welcome to the 22nd International Summer Institute on Phenomenology of Elementary Particle Physics and Cosmology (SI2016). The Summer Institutes have been held every summer since 1995. Most previous meetings were held in Mt. Fuji of Japan, except for SI2006 at Pohang (Korea), the SI2008 at Xitou and SI2012 at Sun Moon Lake (Taiwan), SI2013 at Jiri-Mountain (Korea), and SI2015 at Yan-Xi Lake (China)
This year, the SI 2016 will be held at Xitou, Nantou County in the central Taiwan. It will start on 17th of August and will end on 23rd of August.
SI aims at an Aspen-type Institute in Asia. The main purpose of SI is to promote the interaction and discussion about research topics among participants. Following such a tradition, SI 2016 will reserve plenty of time for free discussions. We hope that SI2016 will create an active atmosphere for researchers to share their ideas.
